1. Reward Point Redemption Rules

1. Reward Point is calculated according to the commission charged (after commission rebate payable to you, if any) on your trading transactions. For example, HK$1 Commission = 1 Reward Point.
2. Reward Point will be calculated from 1 April 2009.
3. From May 2009, you can check your Reward Points earned via GTJAS¡¦s online trading platform or statements.
4. Commissions charged on trading overseas markets stocks shall be converted into Hong Kong Dollars for calculating Reward Points.

2. Contents and Rules of the ¡§Reward Points Incentive Scheme¡¨

The ¡§Redeem Reward Points for Price Quote¡¨shall be launched in Phase I of the ¡§Reward Points Incentive Scheme¡¨. GTJAS selects some real-time stock quotes for customers. You can receive the stock quotes free of charge upon your application.For details, please refer to the following table.

2. Redemption Time

With effect from 4 May 2009, GTJAS shall accept the redemption applications from customers.

3. Redemption Method
   
   
   • You must complete the ¡§Redemption Form¡¨and fax (852 2509-7787) the form to our Customer Service Department for redemption of Reward Points.
   • Our Customer Services Department shall notify you of the login account and password by e-mail and ¡§Customer Service Messages¡¨on the online trading platform after verification of sufficiency of the Reward Points for redemption.
   • The Scheme shall NOT automatically replace the paid real-time stock quotes service. You must complete separate application form to terminate the paid quotes services.
